Our programme aims to enhance mental health awareness, provide mentorship, and develop behaviour management skills using sports as a platform. Our goal is to create a supportive and empowering environment to help individuals improve their overall well-being.

 

Mental Health Awareness

One of the key objectives of Active Well-being is to promote mental health awareness. Through sports activities and training sessions, we educate children about the importance of mental well-being, stress management techniques, and how sports can be beneficial for mental health. We provide them with tools and strategies to cope with challenges, setbacks, and pressure, both on and off the field.

Mentorship

Mentorship is another crucial aspect of our programme. We believe that having a positive role model can make a significant difference in an individual's life. Our mentors, guide and support participants through their journey. They provide advice, encouragement, and share their own experiences, creating a safe and trusting environment for personal growth.

Behaviour Management

Behaviour management is a crucial skill that we aim to develop in our participants. Sports can teach important life lessons such as teamwork, discipline, resilience, and problem-solving. Through various activities, we help individuals understand the impact of their behaviour on themselves and others. We provide them with strategies to manage emotions, resolve conflicts, and make positive choices in various situations.

 

By combining the power of sports with mental health awareness, mentoring, and behaviour management, we strive to empower children to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
